We accept returns on blank, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item passes inspection (7–14 business days).
- To initiate a return, email us at order@printstori.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Important Notes
- Your first return per order is free with a prepaid return label.
- Subsequent returns for the same order incur a $9.95 fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at order@printstori.com, and we’ll promptly resolve the issue.
