At Print2Stori, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, kindly place a new order and proceed with the return process for the original item as outlined below.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on blank, unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be in their original condition—unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• Certain products, including customized, personalized, or final sale items, are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at order@printstori.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. You will receive an email with your RA number and a prepaid return shipping label (for your first return per order).
3. Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Important Notes:

• For multiple returns, please use the specific return label issued for each order. Returns cannot be combined.
• A $9.95 shipping and handling fee applies to subsequent returns from the same order.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item passes inspection, which can take 7-14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Underwear, face masks, or any item marked Final Sale.
• Socks unless the original packaging remains unopened.
• Decorated, personalized, or altered items.

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete order, please notify our Orders Department within 72 hours of delivery by contacting order@printstori.com. Our team will resolve the issue promptly.

Store Credit

Prefer store credit? We’ll issue credit to your account as soon as your return is received and inspected.
